  • collects and interprets information to form judgments taking into account social, ethical and scientific considerations; covers a wide range of issues and facts, based on knowledge from various branches of law and practice (thoroughness); mobilizes professional thinking in difficult conditions (determination); quickly solves problems, evaluates the situation and takes the necessary measures (flexibility); independently sets goals and objectives, finds their solution without outside help (responsibility);
  • knows how to clearly express thoughts, argue, analyze statements, listening and hearing skills, correctly interpret information, uses methods and techniques aimed at the formation and development of professional memory, thinking, psychological observation, emotional-volitional and communicative qualities;

  • implements measures to obtain legally relevant information, analyze, verify, evaluate and use it in the interests of investigating criminal offenses; introduces new technical and forensic tools and software tools for pre-trial investigation, other tools and methods of forensics, positive experience; performs separate functions of process control; carries out scientific and practical activities within its competence;
